PAYBIS POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, a limited liability company duly incorporated and organized under the laws of Poland, registration No. 0001041711, legal address: Hoża 86 / 210, 00-682 Warsaw, Poland (referred to as “Paybis”), is the data controller and processor of personal data collected for the purpose of providing Paybis’ services (referred to as “Services”) to you.
This Privacy Policy (referred to as “Policy”) sets out the policy which Paybis (referred to as “Paybis”, “we” or “our”) has adopted to inform you how we process your personal data, as well as your rights regarding your personal data provided to us.
Personal data means any information we obtain to provide the Services and to ensure our compliance with the relevant regulations. Paybis processes your personal data when you interact with Paybis through the Crypto Tracker by Paybis (referred to as “App”).

By continuing to use the App and the Services, you are deemed to have accepted any updates and changes made.
