Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Markets in Crypto-Assets ("MiCA"), which requires crypto-asset service providers to disclose all costs and charges to clients in a clear, fair, and non-misleading manner prior to the execution of any transaction.

1. Transparent Pricing

PAYBIS provides full clarity on costs before You confirm any transaction. On the exchange screen, You will always see:

• You Spend – The amount You are paying.
• You Receive – The amount You will get.
• Commission Details – Breakdown of all fees applied.

No hidden charges are applied by PAYBIS.

2. Commission Structure

Our commission is composed of two fee components:

1. Service Fee – Fee charged by PAYBIS for processing and executing Your Order.
2. Network Fee – Fee required by the blockchain network to complete Your transfer. This Network Fee varies depending on network activity and is displayed as a crypto-asset amount. PAYBIS does not add any mark-up to this Network Fee.

Both fee components are continued being displayed before You confirm the transaction. Where Your transaction involves the exchange of fiat currency for a crypto-asset, or of one crypto-asset for another, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed on the transaction screen prior to Your confirmation.

3. Additional Costs from Third Parties

In some cases, additional costs may apply. These are not charged by PAYBIS, but by external service providers, such as:

• Processing banks;
• Acquiring institutions;
• Payment service providers or card issuers.

Such costs are outside PAYBIS’ control and are passed directly by those providers to the client. Any such fees will be disclosed by the respective provider in accordance with their own terms.

4. Real-Time Disclosure

• All amounts payable to PAYBIS are displayed to You in real time.
• You confirm the Order only after reviewing and accepting the displayed Service Fee and Network Fee.
• This ensures compliance with requirements regarding clear, fair and non-misleading disclosure of costs and charges.

5. Updates to Fees

• PAYBIS may update its Service Fee structure; any material changes will be communicated on the website before they take effect.
• Network Fees are determined by the blockchain and fluctuate at the moment of execution.
• Third-party provider costs may vary independently and are not subject to PAYBIS’ control.

6. No Hidden Costs

PAYBIS does not charge hidden or retroactive fees.

All amounts payable to PAYBIS are displayed upfront before You proceed with Your Order.
