Updated news on your T&C
For a little while after 1 July, some of the payment systems your card and bank transfers run through will still be operated by Paybis Poland Sp. z o.o.
Because of that, your bank or card statement might show "Paybis Poland" (or a similar name) for a while instead of "Paybis Europe". That's completely normal and nothing to worry about. SIA "Paybis Europe" is your provider — not Paybis Poland — and is responsible for your services. Paybis Poland simply operates some of the payment systems behind the scenes. This is temporary: once the move to SIA "Paybis Europe" is fully complete, this arrangement will end.
What Stays the Same?
Pretty much everything you use day-to-day:
- Your login credentials and verified account status
- Your full transaction history
- Your crypto assets — safe, accessible, and untouched
- The same website, mobile app, and customer support you rely on
What Does Change?
- Your legal agreement will be with SIA "Paybis Europe" (Reg. No. 40203730951, Brīvības Street 171, Riga, Latvia)
- SIA "Paybis Europe" becomes your data controller
- Updated Terms and Conditions will apply from 1 July, 2026
Not right now. We have shared updated Terms and Conditions early so you have time to review them at your own pace.
From 1 July 2026, here's what to expect on your next login:
- Log in via the Paybis website or app as usual
- Review and accept the updated Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Provide additional customer due diligence (CDD) information
