While you essentially processed my payment to a friends wallet and got it completed, yet they are still waiting after 2 1/2 hours or more for her to ever arrive. In their wallet! I don’t know if you need to hire more people to process these or what, but this is ridiculous for them to have to wait this long! What if it was emergency funds I sent to a victim or if it was to go to a victim of something and they needed life-saving help and I’d have to rely on this slow pace of transfers? Because they or them would certainly be dead before they ever got the money! And what is so concerning is it never used to take you so long!
