Temporary SMS Verification Delays for Spanish Phone Numbers

Some customers with Spanish phone numbers are currently experiencing delays receiving SMS verification codes (OTP) for account registration and wallet withdrawals.

This is due to an issue on our external SMS provider's side. We are actively working with them to resolve it as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this notice once the issue is resolved.
